COLD BREW GUIDE

COLD BREW GUIDE

How to Cold Brew

Cold brew is the simplest way to brew. Combine your grounds and water, then let time do the work. After eight to twelve hours in the fridge, you’ll have a glass of crisp, luminous coffee that’s all refreshment and no rush.

How We Do It - Cold Brew

1. Measure your coffee & grind to perfection
Use 68-70 grams of coffee. Grind your beans coarse.

3. Bottle it up
Use a cold brew bottle or a large tea bag pouch to hold your coffee grounds. Add the grounds into the bottle, and fill the bottle with 750 grams of cool, filtered water.

4. Awaken the flavor
Give the bottle a gentle shake to let the coffee and water mingle. This small step helps even out the extraction.

5. Let time do its work
Refrigerate for 8 hours (or up to 18 for a bolder brew). Patience brings out the smooth, rich sweetness cold brew is known for. Once it’s brewed, gently shake again, then remove the filter and discard the grounds. Your cold brew is ready to serve. Serve it straight up or pour over ice.

Stored in the fridge, it stays fresh and vibrant for up to one week. Perfect for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, or any moment that calls for calm refreshment.
