How to Make Coffee With a French Press
French press coffee is bold, full-bodied, and quietly refined. Like any good ritual, it rewards attention to detail. Once it’s brewed, pour it out right away to keep the flavor smooth and balanced. In just four minutes, you’ll have a cup that’s deep, velvety, and made for slow mornings or unhurried afternoons.

How We Do It - Pour Over Coffee
1. Heat your water
Bring fresh, filtered water to just below boiling ( about 200°F ) the sweet spot for a balanced extraction.
2. Measure your coffee & grind to perfection
Use 30 grams of coffee. Grind your beans medium-coarse, not too fine and not too chunky. Add the grounds to your French Press
3. Pour with purpose
Add 350 grams of water to your French Press. Give the grounds a gentle stir with the spoon and let the coffee bloom, releasing trapped carbon dioxide and unlocking flavor. Next, remove the press from the scale and place the lid on top. At four minutes, press the plunger down slowly and steadily from top to bottom. If it feels tight, your grind is a bit too fine and if it glides too easily, a touch too coarse.
4. Sip and savor
Align the spout and pour with care. Enjoy your cup!
