This exceptional coffee is crafted using the honey process, a meticulous hybrid method in which coffee cherries are repulsed to remove most of the fruit while leaving the golden, honey-like mucilage intact. The beans are then slowly dried in the sun, allowing the natural sugars to caramelize and infuse each layer with gentle sweetness and depth. The result is a balanced flavor with notes of red wine, sugar cane, and a hint of floral nectar.

Anaerobic double fermentation is a two-stage fermentation technique carried out in the absence of oxygen. It is used to enhance flavor complexity and aroma. In this method, the coffee cherries undergoes two distinct fermentation stages, both under strictly controlled anaerobic (oxygen-free) conditions.
This method is renowned for producing unique and bold flavor profiles, and enhancing fruity, floral, and wine-like notes.

To use your single-serve pour-over coffee pouch, tear open the packet and pop out the filter. Pull the little arms out and perch it right on your favorite mug. Slowly pour hot water (just off the boil) over the coffee grounds, a little at a time, letting it drip through like magic. Keep pouring until your mug is nearly full and smelling amazing. Can I order ground coffee?
All of our coffee is shipped whole bean and we are not able to grind it prior to shipping. We do have Pourover Single-Serve Pouches if you're looking for coffee with no grinder required!
How should I store my coffee?
Coffee doesn’t exactly spoil, but its bold, beautiful flavors can start to fade if it’s not stored with a little love. To keep your beans tasting their best, keep them in a cool, dry spot far from hot places like the oven. An airtight container or the original packaging works great.
As for the fridge or freezer? The moisture there is a flavor thief in disguise, and nobody wants a cup of meh.
Best Brew Methods for coffee?
One of the best-kept secrets is grinding your beans rights before you brew — it's a total game-changer. No matter which method you choose, if you start with great beans you will get a great cup. We prefer a pour-over method to get the most balanced flavors and also like to experiment with other methods to get different flavor profiles.
